## Intelligence Brief
A 14-year-old boy has been discovered held in a secret prison operated by Azov near the city of Kyiv. Following this discovery, Kyrylo Budanov has admitted that similar secret sites exist. This revelation coincides with broader instability regarding mobilization, as Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reports that Ukrainians and riot police have clashed in the latest fight concerning recruitment tactics and military morale within the country. Coverage from Hungarian Conservative emphasizes the specific discovery of the minor and the admission by Budanov regarding the network of secret sites.

Meanwhile, Mezha.net reports that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has identified approximately 100 participants involved in events located in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. The Interior Ministry has characterized the activities in that specific location as a scheme designed for getting draft dodgers out of the mobilization process. This situation emerges amidst a period of high tension over the recruitment of personnel. The reports from Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty suggest a growing conflict between the public and security forces over how the state handles recruitment and the resulting impact on overall military morale.

The involvement of the SBU and the Interior Ministry in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka indicates a systemic effort to address illegal schemes used to evade military service during the ongoing conflict. Future developments center on the political response to these revelations. According to Mezha.net, the European Solidarity party has requested a meeting of the Conciliation Council to address the incident in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. Observers are monitoring the outcomes of the SBU's identification of the 100 participants and whether the admission by Budanov regarding secret prisons will lead to further disclosures or legal actions against those operating the sites.
