# NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50-Series Scheduled for a Price Hike This Week, Up to $500

> **Open Intelligence Dossier** · First detected: 2026-11-03 11:00 UTC · Category: Technology

## Executive Summary
Nvidia's upcoming GeForce RTX 50-series graphics cards face massive price increases of up to $500 this November.

## Intelligence Brief
The upcoming adjustments affect multiple models within the product stack, with high-end cards experiencing the steepest financial jumps. Specifically, the report notes that the higher-tier RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 models are slated to see increases climbing by almost $500. Meanwhile, mid-range and entry-level options are not immune to the upward pricing trend, as the RTX 5070 Ti is set to go up by $150, and even the budget-oriented RTX 5060 8GB variant will experience an additional climb of $30. The coverage places heavy emphasis on the sheer scale of the hikes across different tiers of the product family, contrasting the nearly $500 surges at the top end with the more modest yet still notable $30 increase on the entry-level RTX 5060 8GB model.

Because the information stems from a single reporting outlet at this stage, the broader industry reaction, official statements from board partners, and regional pricing availability outside of the initial report remain unmentioned in current coverage. Hardware enthusiasts and consumers monitoring the GPU market are currently tracking these adjustments as the scheduled November rollout approaches. Price shifts of this magnitude on flagship components such as the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 typically alter the cost landscape for high-performance desktop builds and enthusiast computing. Coverage does not yet specify the exact economic drivers behind these scheduled increases, nor does it provide details regarding how retail availability or pre-order queues might be affected when the new pricing officially takes effect this week.

Readers relying on current reports must look to the hardware manufacturer and authorized retailers for final point-of-sale verification as the changes deploy. As the scheduled implementation window arrives this week, observers are left waiting for further details from additional technology outlets and official channels. Coverage does not yet specify whether these price hikes will remain permanent or if they apply uniformly across all global retail regions. Until subsequent updates emerge from Wccftech or other industry analysts, consumers must evaluate their purchasing timelines based solely on the current confirmation of increases up to $500 for the top-tier hardware.
