## Executive Summary
The Baltimore Ravens have signed two quarterbacks, including Kedon Slovis, just two days before their Week 9 matchup against the Jaguars.

## Intelligence Brief
The Baltimore Ravens are executing rapid roster changes as they prepare for a Week 9 showdown against the Jaguars. According to reports from the New York Post and Yahoo Sports, the organization has signed two quarterbacks in a series of moves described as desperate maneuvering. This activity comes just two days before the team is scheduled to appear on Thursday Night Football. One of these additions involves a former quarterback from the Arizona Cardinals, who has been added directly to the team's active 53-man roster to provide immediate depth at the position. Coverage from The Baltimore Banner specifically identifies one of the new acquisitions as Kedon Slovis. Slovis was signed off the practice squad of the Green Bay Packers.

The Baltimore Banner notes that this specific signing is part of an ongoing quarterback rebuild for the Ravens. These reports, spanning the New York Post, Yahoo Sports, and The Baltimore Banner, emphasize the urgency of the timeline and the necessity of securing viable options at the quarterback position before the upcoming televised game against Jacksonville. This movement comes during a period of instability for the Ravens' offensive leadership. The description of the moves as desperate maneuvering suggests that the current depth chart was insufficient heading into the second half of the season. By targeting a player from the Packers' practice squad and a veteran from the Cardinals, the team is attempting to stabilize its rotation. The context provided by the coverage indicates that the organization is in the midst of a broader rebuild at the quarterback position, making these late-week additions critical for their short-term survival in the standings.

Attention now shifts to the Week 9 game against the Jaguars to see if either of the new signings will start or see playing time. The status of the former Cardinals quarterback on the 53-man roster suggests he is a primary candidate for immediate action. Observers will be watching to see how Kedon Slovis integrates into the system following his departure from the Packers. The immediate priority for the Ravens is managing this transition during the short window before their Thursday Night Football appearance.
