## Executive Summary
Channing Tatum reveals a revised Gambit accent in a nationwide Dunkin’ campaign ahead of the release of Avengers: Doomsday.

## Intelligence Brief
Channing Tatum has officially debuted an updated accent for the character Gambit as part of a nationwide marketing campaign for Dunkin’. The promotional video features Tatum in character, and the actor noted in an exclusive with People.com that he knew the project was going to be hilarious. According to Nerdist and Polygon.com, the advertisement showcases an unexpected and iconic team-up between Gambit and H.E.R.B.I.E. for the Dunkin’ brand. This appearance serves as a precursor to the actor's return as the character in the upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday. Multiple media outlets are tracking the extensive commercial rollout accompanying the movie.

Entertainment Weekly specifically highlights the debut of the revised accent, while People.com provides an exclusive look at Tatum's involvement in the video. Beyond the Dunkin' collaboration, USA Today reports that both Dunkin' and Jack in the Box will soon offer 'Doomsday' themed merchandise and meals. The scope of the promotion extends globally, with afaqs! noting that Burger King India has launched its own menu inspired by Avengers: Doomsday. Context for the character's appearance is provided by IMDb, which reports that Channing Tatum has clarified the MCU multiverse origins of Gambit ahead of the film's release. This clarifies how the character fits into the wider cinematic narrative for the return in Avengers: Doomsday.

The promotional strategy involves several fast-food giants attempting to link their brands to the film's antagonist. The Drum and Creative Salon report that KFC has released an 'Ad of the Day' involving a deal with Doctor Doom to survive the apocalypse, while IGN describes the KFC menu as being 'worthy' of the villain. Future developments to watch include the official release of the 'Doomsday' meal and merchandise at Jack in the Box and Dunkin', as mentioned by USA Today. The public will also be monitoring the full implementation of the Avengers: Doomsday-inspired menus at KFC and Burger King India. As the film approaches, the clarification of Gambit's multiverse origins provided by Tatum will likely remain a point of focus for fans and critics tracking the character's integration into the MCU.
