Hollywood stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Hailey Bieber, and Julia Roberts are leveraging social media to urge fans to participate in the US midterms.

## Intelligence Brief
A wave of high-profile entertainment figures are using their social media platforms to encourage public participation in the United States midterm elections. Among the most prominent voices is Jennifer Lawrence, who has integrated references to her previous cinematic work to engage her audience. According to reports from IMDb, Lawrence appeared on the streets of New York where she recreated the iconic three-finger salute associated with her character, Katniss Everdeen, from The Hunger Games. This visual gesture was paired with a direct appeal to her followers to cast their ballots on Election Day. Coverage from Variety and The Hollywood Reporter emphasizes the specific language Lawrence used in her outreach, noting that she quoted The Hunger Games by stating, "Don't forget who burns with us." This specific thematic connection to the franchise is further highlighted by Yahoo and Brentwood Live, which both report that Lawrence is using these memories to motivate fans during the current voting cycle.

Other major outlets, including The Independent, are tracking this as part of a broader trend of celebrity activism surrounding the US midterms. Beyond the specific efforts of Jennifer Lawrence, other A-list personalities are contributing to the get-out-the-vote movement. According to reports from Yahoo and Film-News.co.uk, stars such as Hailey Bieber and Julia Roberts have also been active in urging their fans to vote in the US elections. While the coverage does not specify the exact platforms used by every individual, the collective effort represents a coordinated push from the entertainment industry to increase voter turnout. People.com has also noted the presence of other stars like Naomi Watts and Dame Judi Dench in their daily celebrity photo updates.

Observers are monitoring how these celebrity appeals translate into actual voter behavior as Election Day arrives. The focus remains on the specific tactics used by stars, such as the symbolic gestures and movie quotes deployed by Lawrence in New York. Based on the provided coverage, the primary objective of these social media campaigns is the encouragement of voting in the US midterm elections. Future updates will likely track whether other high-profile figures join Bieber, Roberts, and Lawrence in their public appeals to the electorate.
