## Intelligence Brief
Novak Djokovic has seen his competitive season come to an end following a loss at the Rolex Paris Masters. The Serbian player was defeated by Rinky Hijikata, a result that ensures Djokovic will miss the upcoming ATP Finals. This exit marks the conclusion of the Serb's campaign for the year. According to coverage from the ATP Tour, Hijikata entered the meeting with Djokovic while playing what has been described as a best-level season for the athlete. Multiple media outlets are highlighting the broader implications of the tournament's recent results.

Sky Sports reports that the elimination of Djokovic coincided with a shock exit for world No. 1 Alexander Zverev. Forbes adds that Zverev's loss is a historic event.
